Keyword Responses send configured replies when messages contain matching keywords.

Plan Required​

Normal.

Required Bot Permissions​

  • Send Messages
  • Embed Links
  • Message Content intent

Setup​

/modules enable keyword_responses
/keyword create
/keyword list
/keyword remove

Example Setup​

/keyword create trigger:rules response:Read #rules before opening a ticket.

Testing​

Send a test message containing the keyword in an allowed channel.

Common Issues​

  • No response: enable Message Content intent.
  • Too many responses: tighten trigger wording or channel scope.
