License Troubleshooting

Use this page when plan or license access does not match expectations.

Premium Module Is Locked​

Likely cause: the guild has a Normal license.

Check:

/license plan
/modules info module:gang_priority

Fix: upgrade to Premium Monthly or Premium Lifetime.

License Shows Expired​

Likely cause: the monthly plan reached its expiration date.

Check:

/license status

Fix: renew, extend, or claim a valid license.

Key Cannot Be Claimed​

Likely cause: the key is already claimed, revoked, expired, or assigned to another guild.

Check:

/license key-info key:<license-key>

Fix: contact support with the masked key and guild ID.

Module Should Be Normal​

Role Authority is a Normal module. If it appears locked, run diagnostics and contact support.
